Terms & Conditions

* You accept booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances you may reschedule your appointment if 48 hours notice is given
* You accept that you are responsible for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with at least 48 hours notice or the booking fee will be non-transferrable
* You have 6 months to complete a course of Microneedling & 3 months to complete a courses of peels or Dermalux LED sessions
* You accept that patients are responsible for reading and understanding all consent forms, terms and conditions and relevant procedure information as well as being compliant with aftercare as advised
* I acknowledge that my booking fee payment is in exchange for an allocated time slot of my choice. I confirm I have personally booked the appointment and registered my details for a date and time that I am committed to. Should my circumstances change and I am no longer able to attend my appointment, I accept full liability and forfeit my booking fee to Supreme Skin Liverpool.
